You can book your accommodations directly through the Riu App or the Riu Website. Alternatively, you may choose to book through third-party sites such as Travelocity or Expedia.


If booking directly through Riu, we highly recommend signing up for their free loyalty program, which offers a discount on your room. Additionally, if you book directly through Riu’s website, you’ll receive complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the resort.


To ensure a smooth arrival, we strongly recommend arranging your airport transportation in advance. Cancun taxis can be unreliable, so booking a trusted shuttle service ahead of time is the best option.
