We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities in sunny Los Cabos! To make things simple and stress-free, we've hired a travel concierge to help our guests arrange their accommodations and transfers. We've chosen to stay at the beautiful Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos and want you to stay with us and enjoy the celebration!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Do not have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. Transportation to and from the airport are included. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Los Cabos.

3. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

4. Please note - this is an ADULTS ONLY wedding ceremony/reception. You must be 18 years or older to stay at this resort.

5. If you are NOT staying at the resort with us, unfortunately you are unable to attend any of the pre-wedding/wedding festivities.

(Passenger=GUEST). A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150.00 per person is due at time of booking in order to secure your room.

BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE LAST DAY TO BOOK: APRIL 1, 2024

Your passport must be valid 6 months from the return date. Please check your expiration date to verify it is current. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click the link below.

Note: Passport processing time has increased, causing delays in receiving passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this early.

Routine processing time is about 10-12 weeks. Expedited Services: 5-7 weeks (maybe less). Note: A Passport Card is NOT valid for entry into Los Cabos Mexico.

Travel Protection is highly recommended. The average cost of your travel protection is about 10% of the total trip cost.
Why do I need travel insurance?
Because sometimes you have to cancel a trip last-minute for an unexpected reason, or just because.
Travel Protection can be purchased with Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR). If you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered by the plan, it provides up to 75% reimbursement of your non-refundable trip costs if you cancel 48 hours or more prior to departure. To be eligible for CFAR, you must purchase your plan the day your initial trip deposit is received. You must also insure the costs of any travel arrangements subsequently added to your trip within the day of payment or deposit for those additions (for example, your airfare). Your payment for this Plan MUST BE RECEIVED the day of your Initial Deposit Payment for Your Trip is applied. If you do not purchase CFAR insurance at time of deposit, you will not be able to add this at a later date and a declination of coverage will be required before your final documents will be issued. It is important that you book your wedding room reservation inside the reserved group room block. When booking OUTSIDE of the group room block, you will be charged a fee by the resort to attend any pre-wedding private festivities and the wedding ceremony/reception itself. Susie & Vincent also earn valuable incentives as part of reserving the group block in advance by guaranteeing availability and discounted pricing for their guests. By booking outside that block, you are impacting their ability to earn special perks. We ask that you please be mindful and book using Talavera Travel LLC for accommodations. By doing so, you will ensure to have your room requests communicated to the resort, your transfers booked, and can rest assured every detail will be attended to! Concierge services are included at no additional charge to you. Any room not booked through Talavera Travel, is not eligible for any upgrades or services.

When making your reservation you only need to complete the fields with a RED ASTERIK along with the credit card information. The non-refundable deposit amount required to book your room is $150.00 per person. Rooms reserved at a discounted rate are on a first-come, first serve basis. We will do our best to honor the discounted rate outside the reserved rooms, however, the early-booking discount and additional space is not guaranteed.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate. Airport transfers are included in the rate.
A stay at Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos includes lavish accommodations, unmatched culinary experiences, top-shelf drinks, personal butler, 24 hour in-room dining, complimentary WiFi, unlimited phone calls to the Continental U.S., Canada, Europe, and landlines in Mexico, Non-Motorized Water Sports, Entertainment, Taxes & Gratuities. *There is no refund for missed or unused transfers.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in the activities leading up to the wedding and you will be charged a fee to attend the ceremony and reception.

We are confident in our pricing but if you should find a lower price outside of Talavera Travel LLC, please allow us an opportunity to match the price. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends at the same resort to celebrate with Susie & Vincent.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, as it is the last step of the reservation process. Your card will NOT be charged automatically. You will receive an invoice with your room confirmation and invoice approval form within 72 hours. It is very important that you APPROVE the invoice. You don’t have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Talavera Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to charge your Debit or Credit Card for any amount you'd like, and how often you choose. If you choose the monthly payment plan option, a reminder will be sent you on the 10th of each month along with a link to authorize the payment. The payments ARE NOT automatically deducted. You must remember to use the link in the email to authorize the payment unless an agreement for auto-payments is made in advance.
