Please book your room using the below link. Our room block is Feb. 20-23. The room rate is applicable 3 days before + 3 days after our block if you choose to extend your stay.
Since the first event is Feb. 20th, we would recommend arriving the 19th if possible.
Passports: Please ensure that your passports are up to date. They will need to be valid through August 23, 2025 at a minimum.
Visas: You will not need a visa and will receive one upon arrival. Please review the U.S. Department of State travel advisory for information on what you'll need before you go.
Flights: We recommend flying into Phuket International Airport (HKT) if possible since it is the closest international airport to Khao Lak (1.5hr).
Currency: The local currency is the Thai baht. You can convert your money at a local bank stand or if you're traveling to Bangkok first, we'd recommend a bank there first since it will have the best conversion.
We will be providing shuttles to and from the airport. Please fill out the below form once you've booked your flight.
While February is considered winter for many countries but it will still be warm in Thailand. Temperatures will range from 77 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit (25 to 32 degrees Celsius).
There's a ton of things to do in Khao Lak. Feel free to check out some of the below excursions during your free time.

Phi Phi Islands Day Tour- 1.5 hours from hotel
Food + Water: Guests from the U.S. + U.K., please exercise caution when it comes to food and water. The hotel provides bottled water and quality food.
Vaccinations: Please consult your doctor for any vaccinations or medication you should be taking prior your arrival. Here are recommendations from the CDC.
