Travel information

We can't even begin to describe how much it means to us that you're making the trip all the way to France to celebrate with us.

We’ve included some information below for you to prepare your trip and make it as easy as possible.

Coming soon: Things to do!

Airport #1

Marseille International Airport

Marseille's airport is the closest airport to the wedding venue – only a 30 minute drive!

If you're flying directly from the US and want to be the closest to the wedding location, this is definitely the most convenient option.

From there, you'll be able to rent a car (highly recommended) or get a taxi.

Our wedding planners can also help you arrange a pick-up at the airport, so let us know if you’d like to go this route.

We do not recommend staying in Marseille. If you want to spend a few extra days around the South of France, Aix-en-Provence is beautiful and there is much to do!

Airport #2

Nice international airport

Nice airport is a second great option with many flights landing here. If you want to spend a few days on the Riviera before and/or after the wedding, it's easily accessible from Nice, either by car or train.

The weather on the French Riviera late August/early September is really lovely and there is nothing better to top your French experience than a stop in Cannes, Nice or Monaco!

Airport #3

Paris airports

Flying directly to Paris is super easy and will allow you to spend a few days in the French capital before and/or after the wedding.

From Paris, you can either fly to Marseille or take the high-speed train (called "TGV") from Paris to "Aix-en-Provence TGV" train station (only 3 hours, direct trains, super convenient as the train station is in the center of Paris).

FYI, bookings for train tickets open three months before the travel date, so starting around late May.

Domestic trains

To book your train tickets, please visit the website: https://www.raileurope.com

Bookings open 3 months before the travel date.

The closest train station to our wedding venue is called "Aix-en-Provence TGV". From there you'll be able to rent a car if you're staying at our venue or at Château de Fonscolombe, or get a taxi to join the hotels in the center of Aix-en-Provence (Hotel Cezanne, Le Pigonnet and Roi René), as it's way more convenient.
