We are excited for everyone to bring the glam! But don't stress, you will all look chic, we know it ;)

With that, gentleman, we would love to see dark colored suits. Feel free to leave your bow-tie at home. Ties are welcome but not mandatory of course. Please save your beige and linens for Saturday's welcome party!

Ladies, give us some color...bold, bright colors. Or feel free to wear metallics.

Hotel Rooms - Room Block

All wedding events will be held at Nizuc! We have worked with the hotel to lock-in discounted rates for our wedding room block. We only have a certain number of rooms "reserved" so please book as soon as possible so we can request more if necessary.. The hotel requires a 3 night minimum when booking (more vacation time!)

Good news = for those wanting to come early/stay longer (we get it, we love vacation too) they will honor the discounted rate if there are rooms available.

FYI - Important Dates

Room Block Dates

The official "room block" dates are 3 nights (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) checking out Tuesday. *This aligns with our official wedding events on Sat/Sun and allows for a (hungover/relaxing) pool day on Monday! *think Bloody Mary's on a Monday.

The hotel will honor the rate for shoulder dates (i.e. arriving on Friday) if they have availability.

First Trip (to Mexico)

This was our FIRST trip; we headed to Cabo and realized we could survive one week "living" together. We made it back alive & still together (tequila helped)...#winning

Amor x Mexico

That first Mexico trip...we both knew we had something special that was worth holding on to!

Boat Life

The Strauss family taught Steph the meaning of boat life. And what a great life it is. She slept on the boat = can you believe it? And quickly fell in love with being on the water & of course the greatest captain...Steven Strauss.

Pure Michigan

Michigan is one of our favorite places to be, even in the winter! Fun fact: Steph grew up going to Michiana with her family (the Dorfs) and never knew one day she would be lucky enough to find a man who also grew up just 15 minutes up the road.

Martini's

Never underestimate the power of a good martini. If you are ever looking for us, good chance we are sitting at the bar at Gibsons with a martini in hand.

"The Smoldering Look"

David doesn't love to smile in pictures, but now we have a whole repertoire of different "looks". Check-out our smoldering look...we practice this often.

Robe Life

Appreciation for robes, was an early must have in our relationship. David caught on quickly.

Concerts - Kygo!

One of our favorite activities to do together is venturing to new venues/listening to live music...we are concert goers. This was one of our favorites, dancing in Vegas to Kygo. We are so ready to meet you all on the dance floor in Mexico!

Wearing White

This was at our cousin Sammy & Hannah's wedding, we embraced the white party and Steph hoped she would have another reason to wear white soon ;) Dreams do come true...
