Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 pm.

You have a couple options for getting to the hotel from the airport and/or any other Minneapolis location:



1. Light Rail



The light rail (www.metrotransit.org/airport.aspx) has a terminal at MSP airport. Take the METRO Blue Line (Hiawatha) Train to the Downtown East/Metrodome terminal. When you are 2-3 stops away from that terminal, call the hotel front desk at 612-333-4646 and ask for them to send a shuttle (free) to pick you up and take you to the hotel.



Trains leave every 10 minutes from MSP during rush hours, every 10-15 minutes at other times. Travel time to Target Field Station is 28 minutes. For more info about riding the train, including payment information, click here: www.metrotransit.org/light-rail



2. Car 2 Go



Car 2 Go is Minneapolis' carshare program. You can rent a car for 38 cents per minute - much more affordable than a traditional rental car. That price covers gas/charge, insurance, any City of Minneapolis Parking fees (ex. you do not need to pay at meters when using these cars), and the rental fee all in one.



Please note that to use Car 2 Go, you need to pre-register several weeks in advance so that you receive your membership card in the mail before departing your home city. Note that if you register and pick Minneapolis as your home city for our event, you can change your home city later at no additional charge.



There aren't cars at MSP airport. However, there are usually cars at the nearest lightrail stations to the airport. You can use their smartphone app to see where the nearest car is, and reserve it for your use (you can make reservations up to 30 minutes before you plan to use a car).
