Perugia Airport

The nearest airport to Castello di Petrata and Assisi is Perugia. If you fly into here it is only a 25 minute drive to the venue. 

Rome - Fiumicino Airport

As one of the busiest airports in Italy, there are more options from the UK if you were to fly into Rome. The drive from Rome is around 2 and a half hours or there is the option of public transport (please see bleow) 

Florence - Aeroporto di Firenze-Peretola

Like Rome, Florence is a busier international airport meaning there are more options when flying from the UK. It is a 2 hour and 15 minute drive from Florence airport to Assisi and the venue

Public Transport in Italy

Italy has one of the best railway networks in Europe so if you were thinking of flying into Rome, Florence or any other airport in Italy, and don't want to hire a car, you do have the option of getting a train to Assisi which will then be a short journey to your accommodation.
