We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your preferred airline. Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. The early-booking discount is not guaranteed when booking outside the set number of reserved rooms. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better. The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate.

Shared roundtrip airport transfers are not included but can be added on.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100+ a day/per person.

The U.S. Department of State is warning of massive delays in turnaround times both for issuing new and renewing existing passports.

For standard passport processing service, the State Department anticipates 8 to 11 weeks for processing. This is due to mail delays linked to COVID-19 and employee availability, according to the U.S. Postal Service.

Your passport may need at least six months' validity remaining. So even if your passport doesn’t expire until 2023, your late 2022 travel plans may be in jeopardy if your passport expires within six months of that trip. Some airlines won’t let you board with a passport set to expire within that window. Some countries also require passports to be valid at least six months beyond your trip dates.

Check now to see when your passport expires. If it’s anytime in the next year or so, start the application process now. There are enough factors at stake making it difficult to travel these days, but you don’t want an expired passport to be one of them.

As of today, there are NO special conditions, tests or quarantine requirements to visit Mexico.

All air passengers, 2 years or older, traveling to the US, regardless of vaccination or antibody status, are required to provide a negative COVID-19 viral test result. Before flying to other countries, please make sure you check their travel restrictions and Covid-19 testing requirements as soon as possible. In addition, it is recommended that you check with your airline for specific travel policies regarding international travel and Covid-19 testing.

Resorts in the AMRTM Collection are prepared to support the new on-site, one-day testing requirement to provide guest peace of mind. Individuals should contact their AMR™ Collection resort of choice for specifics on testing, including costs if applicable. -It takes approximately 30 minutes for the ANTIGEN results

-It takes approximately 24 hours for the PCR Test

-At this moment, online registration for testing is not available, however, you are welcome to visit any of the lab centers located in terminals 2, 3, and 4 where you can take the test on a first come, first served basis.
