Peddler's Village

Doylestown
This charming town is known for its lively downtown, quaint shops, and excellent restaurants. We recommend checking out the Farmers Market, which is open between 8:00 a.m. on 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, or catching a movie at the historic County Theater! There are also some fantastic museum's to check out like the Mercer Museum, Fonthill Castle, and Moravian Pottery & Tile Works Museum.
New Hope & Lambertville
How often do you get to be in two places at once? Stand on the state line located smack dab in the middle of the Free Bridge connecting New Hope, PA to Lambertville, NJ!
New Hope: Home to eclectic shopping, riverside restaurants, energetic bars, impressive theater and cultural attractions, New Hope is a small town with a big city feel. In fact, New Hope was even named one of "America's Favorite Towns" by Travel + Leisure.
Lambertville: Lambertville was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the “Top 15 Prettiest Towns in America.” If that isn’t reason enough to visit, consider it was also recently named “#1 weekend getaway city in New Jersey” and one of 12 “Perfect Cities to Get Married In.” Founded in 1705, its charming streets are lined with well-preserved federal townhouses and Victorian homes. Lambertville sits along the Delaware River and is connected to historic New Hope, Pennsylvania by a walkable bridge. A restored 19th-century train depot houses Lambertville Station, a popular waterside restaurant and a cozy inn. It boasts historic bars, acclaimed restaurants, world-class spas and salons, vintage shops, riverside hotels, Victorian architecture, and outdoor summer activities.

Giggleberry Fair
Peddler's Village is home to Giggleberry Fair, Buck County's beloved play scape for family fun and great times. Its centerpiece is Giggleberry Mountain, the area's largest and most incredible indoor outdoor course! It is also home to Giggles Discovers, a voyage of investigation and exploration for toddlers and preschool children, as well as the Grand Carousel and Game Room!
Sesame Place®
Nestled in nearby Langhorne, it is only a short trip to Sesame Place® from Doylestown or New Hope for the perfect all-day outing for the little ones! Kids and parents alike love to whirl on rides, splash down slides, and hug everyone's favorite furry friends. Sesame Place is the nation's only theme part based entirely on Sesame Street® and the first theme park in the world to be designated as a Certified Autism Center.
Shady Brook Farm
Fall is one of the best times of the year at Shady Brook Farm! Join in the harvest at FallFest, which includes AppleFest, the award-winning PumpkinFest, PumpkinFest After Dark, and scary HorrorFest! Enjoy wagon rides, apple picking , pumpkin picking, 5 acre corn maze, giant jumping pillows, and lows more festival fun.
Scarecrows in the Village
Every September, Peddler’s Village hosts a famous scarecrow display that brings visitors from around the world. For seven fun-filled weeks, two hundred scarecrows grace the winding pathways of the sweeping, autumn-tinted Village property. Some are inspired by famous characters, some are humorous, some are meant to be scary – but all of them are carefully handmade and contributed by Philly-area residents and organizations.

Discover Distilleries
Bucks County is home to three locally-owned and operated distilleries, all using homegrown ingredients and offering unique tastes. Stop by the tasting rooms at Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey, Hewn Spirits, or Triple Sun Spirits Company for a close-up look at the distilling process.
Doylestown Rock Gym
Doylestown Rock Gym offers over 12,000 square feet of indoor rock climbing surface, including overhangs, boulders, aretes, chimneys, caves, cracks and lead walls. The indoor rock climbing gym and adventure facility is ideal for rock climbers of all ages and abilities.
Bowman's Hill Tower & Wildflower Preserve
No matter the time of year, it doesn’t take long for visitors to appreciate what a special place Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve is. Repeated visits to different portions of the Preserve will be rewarded with new discoveries of different plants in bloom and new encounters with the multitude of birds, insects, mammals and aquatic life that depend upon these plants. Where else is it possible to see Baltimore checker spot butterflies flitting near white turtlehead plants, pileated woodpeckers hammering away on a sugar maple tree in search of insects, and bright orange chanterelle mushrooms sprouting up on the forest floor after a warm summer rain? As the nation's one-and-only living museum specifically devoted to native plants, the Preserve has something to offer everyone and we invite you to explore this special place. Wander almost 4-1/2 miles of trails as you reconnect with the natural world. The Preserve is here for you to explore and enjoy—no matter where you come from there is a place here for you to grow.
Ringing Rocks Park
Bring your own hammer to strike the boulder field in the 123-acre Ringing Rocks Park and hear them ring like a bell! Also, be sure to pack a picnic and check out Bucks County's largest waterfall.
Ralph Stover State Park
The winding trail connecting these two parks offers some of the best views in all of Bucks County! Take in the breathtaking view hiking alongside the cliffs on High Rocks Vista, a 200-foot sheer rock formation that also offers the opportunity to rock climb if starting down at the base.
Peace Valley Park
The 1,500-acre Peace Valley Park has playgrounds, picnicking, hiking, boating, fishing, ice skating and paved bicycle trails. The solar-heated Nature Center includes a gift shop, available group tours and seasonal boat rentals.
Delaware Canal Towpath
Delaware Canal State Park is the only remaining, continuously intact canal, of the great towpath canal-building era of the early and mid-19th century. This diverse park contains a historic canal and towpath, many miles of river shoreline and eleven river islands. We recommend going for a nice jog on the Towpath - maybe you will even find the spot where we got engaged!
