Checklist for Travel Arrangements
We have arranged special contracted rates at Atelier Resort in Playa Mujeres, Mexico for our room block through our travel agent Lenea Beissler with My Island Getaways. We kindly ask that you book directly with My Island Getaways to receive the special rates through our room block and not through a 3rd party or Atelier's website. By booking through My Island Getaways, Lenea will also ensure perks for our group, assist with ground transportation, and answer any questions you may have about your stay. It does not cost you anything additional to book through her and her services are complimentary. The deadline to book through our room block is Friday, September 27, 2024. All reservations must be completed and paid in full by this date.

The room block is between February 19 - February 26, 2025. You can book your stay at any point between these dates. There is a possibility of extending your stay beyond these dates, however, it will not be part of our room block.
If you choose to stay offsite, you will need to purchase a day pass to Atelier for the wedding events ($210 USD). Please contact Amanda or Shane to secure the day pass.
Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Get your passports ready and meet us in Mexico - we're flying to Cancun! Keep an eye out for the best flight deals through websites like Google Flights, Hopper, or Skyscanner.
Very Important! You must have proper travel documents such as a passport or real ID to travel to Cancun International Airport.
Lomas Travel for Ground Transportation
The only time you will need transportation will be to and from Cancun International Airport to Atelier Resort Playa Mujeres and the return trip back to the airport. Lenea will be arranging your roundtrip private ground transportation through Lomas after everyone's final payments are collected; approximately 6 weeks prior to travel.
Once you arrive at Cancun International Airport and get your luggage, look for our trusted transportation staff in the turquiose T-shirts with white ties who will lead you to your transfer vehicle.
