To ensure the most streamlined process and best rates, we are working with Nicole at Tasiti Travel.  At no cost to you, Nicole will book your room under our room block and also your flight.

In order to be part of our group's wedding events, it is important that you book your accommodations at Now Amber through Nicole.  She is also happy to book your flight on your behalf at no extra charge! If you are traveling with a group of 10 or more, please be sure to ask Nicole about a special group discount.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests  who elect to stay at a property other than Now Amber will be required to purchase a daily resort pass to join our group on-site and will not be admitted to any group events.

*Please keep in mind that the dates we suggest are December 9-13, 2020. You are welcome to check-in as early as the 6th with our preferred rate, so please let Nicole know if you are looking to extend your stay.

**After receiving your email request, Nicole will respond within 48 hours. She will then follow-up to process your deposit of $200 per person**

What should I pack?



-Pack your party pants, dancing shoes, sunscreen, beach clothes, and maybe a hat!



Is there WIFI at the Resort?



-Wi-Fi access for an additional charge. Daily, 8am-8pm. It also offers a free mobile app that allows guests to stay connected to family and friends at the resort and at home, without any cell phone roaming charges. The app offers access to social media, free app-to-app calling, resort info, local info and discounts, and even weather.



What will the weather be like?



-Mexico temperatures are warm year-round.



How does the Currency work?



-There is an exchange bureau at the resort for Peso. Most merchants do accept U.S. Dollars, travelers checks, and major credit cards i.e. VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.



Do I have to travel on the specific dates?



Our preferred rates are available between December 6-December 12, 2020.  You are welcome to join us as early as December 6th! 



*We will be staying a few days following the wedding to enjoy time together as newlyweds. If you would like to book additional nights, please do so for nights prior to December 9th :)



Do I need a passport?



-A passport is necessary for everyone, even babies and children entering Mexico. Initial passport processing can take several weeks and passports must be valid for 6 months AFTER travel. Check those expiration dates in advance! A link is provided below.



What Additional Costs can we expect?



-Airfare is not included in the resort-stay costs, but our agent, Nicole, will do the best to find you a fantastic rate for your flight. Otherwise, the resort is all-inclusive so all meals and all drinks (including alcohol) are included, as well as all your water activities (snorkling, scuba, waterskiing, kayaking, and paddleboards)! The most common extras people spend their money on are: spa services, souvenirs, and off resort tours/excursions. 



Will there be childcare available?



-Now Amber Puerto Vallarta offers the Explorer's Club for children ages 3-12. Daily, 9am-10pm. Activities include: Spanish lessons, face painting, video games, and arts and crafts. 



*Babysitting is also available for an additional charge. All childcare staff are CPR certified. 



What about Trip Insurance?



-This is a big commitment, one I'm sure you'll be glad you've made, however, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur and we understand that. Please consider purchasing travel insurance through our agent, Nicole, to protect your investment.
