My name is Lottie Williams, a Licensed Minister who has been proclaiming the word of God for over twenty years. I am also the Founder of S.C.A.R.S Ministry. SCARS ministry stands for Sisters Caring And Restoring Souls; because he knew I could handle the Scars! This ministry was birthed during the most painful time of my life. It was founded on the following scripture: Luke 4:18-19- "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord. It is our hearts desire that through this ministry people will be healed, delivered and set free.
