Please follow these simple instructions when you're ready to book your room:

STEP 1: REVIEW THE DETAILS BELOW. Please review all the information below regarding the resort and rooms available to book. The prices of the rooms are listed per person.

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR ROOM. When you know your travel dates and which room you'd like to book, go ahead and complete the reservation form (below).

STEP 3: REVIEW YOUR INVOICE. After you have submitted the reservation form, Megan or Cara will email you an official invoice + a travel insurance quote.

STEP 4: APPLY YOUR DEPOSIT. Once you have reviewed all the details and the insurance quote, you will apply your deposit. You will receive an updated invoice once your payment has been applied.

STEP 5: YOU'RE BOOKED! Now it's time to book your flights, if you haven't done so already. Once you book your flights, you can forward your flight confirmation to cara@bridietravel.com.

You will receive plenty of email reminders from Bridie Travel reminding you to make a monthly payment (if you wish), to submit your flight info and a final payment reminder. You will also receive more information as you get closer to travel to help you better prepare for your trip. :)

How to book your room

We are holding 18 rooms for 7 nights for travel dates May 27, 2024 through June 3, 2024 and 42 rooms for 5 nights for travel dates May 29, 2024 through June 3, 2024. A 3 night minimum stay is required.

If you need a different set of dates, we will provide you with a personalized quote based on your needs. Be sure to include your travel dates and room category on the reservation form and we will be in touch with you.

Payment Information

Reserve your room with a low deposit today! You can make monthly payments or pay by the final due date. You will receive monthly automated payment reminders, in addition to final payment reminders.

DEPOSIT
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per person (+ optional travel insurance) is due no later than Wednesday, October 4, 2023.

Closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN).

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

Tip: Track your flight using Google Flights to receive alerts for best pricing options!

IMPORTANT! Submit your flight info to Bridie Travel no later than Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

After you book your flight you’ll need to submit your flight itinerary to us. We need this information to pass along to the transportation company to arrange your Cancun International Airport (CUN) arrival and departure transfers, in addition to keeping us notified of your arrival and departure for planning wedding events.

You can submit your flights one of two ways:
1. Enter your flight information via the online form that will be emailed out closer to your departure date.

Travel Insurance

PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT. WITHOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERRABLE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations/missed connections, baggage delays/cancellations, etc. There is some coverage regarding COVID and pandemics, including testing positive prior to departure.

Bridie Travel uses Travel Insured. The Worldwide Trip Protector with Cancel For Any Reason gives you the extra flexibility of knowing you can cancel your trip for almost any unforeseen reason that the Worldwide Trip Protector plan does not already cover at 100% and receive 75% of your non-refundable trip cost back. It includes benefits like trip cancellation protection, primary emergency medical benefits, 24-hour travel assistance, and more. This plan also has smart benefits that can proactively pay your clients and simplify the claims process with no receipts required.

IMPORTANT: ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ MUST be purchased at the time of booking (or within 14 days of deposit). You cannot add ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ after 14 days of your initial deposit date. You can purchase regular travel insurance though after the deposit date.

The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip). We will provide individual quotes with your invoice so you can determine if you want to add it or not. You will be required to accept or decline insurance coverage when you make your deposit.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. Bridie Travel will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 60 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better. The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private roundtrip airport transfers. Bridie Travel is confident in their pricing, but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Bridie Travel, please allow them an opportunity to price match. WHAT IS A ROOM BLOCK?

• This means that Savanna & Kevin have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group
• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with Bridie Travel LLC count toward this contract
• The resort has a 3-night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!
• We have reserved several different room types for you to choose from.

CAN WE COME EARLIER OR STAY LATER?

Absolutely! Please include your requested dates on the reservation form and we will confirm availability.

HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?

WHAT IF I BOOK AND NEED TO CANCEL?

• Since all-inclusive resorts are pre-paid AND non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment.
• Life is unpredictable; plans can change.
• The cost of insurance is based on the cost of your room plus your age. We will provide you with a quote when you receive your initial invoice before you submit your deposit.
• Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change.
• Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your US health insurance will likely not work outside the US.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

IMPORTANT! If you do not have a passport or need to renew your passport, please do so right away. The passport offices are very delayed and are taking 7-9 weeks for expedited and 10-13 weeks for standard service.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T BOOK WITH BRIDIE TRAVEL?

Savanna & Kevin have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests. The couple kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at Bridie Travel.
There are several reasons why you should honor the couple’s wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
• The couple has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This allows the couple to offer some amazing and fun surprises for all of you.
• These events and special amenities are based on a group minimum and the couple is required to meet that minimum number of rooms. Rooms booked outside the group contract do not count toward this minimum.
• Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
• Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you’re likely getting a room that couldn’t be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in an undesirable location away from everyone else.
• Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but your reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:
o Will not get the group rates
o Will not be not be protected by the cancellation policies we’ve negotiated.
o Will have to pay upfront vs. over time.
o Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
o Unfortunately I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
o Finally, you are not “officially” recognized by the hotel as being part of our event. The hotel group contract and wedding event pricing are planned in tandem.
o Guests staying off property will be charged a day pass to attend the wedding events. The resort has the right to stop selling day passes if the property reaches 90% capacity or greater. Off-property guests are welcome from 9am to 9pm.

WHAT ABOUT AIRFARE?

• Yes, you are required to book your own flights. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me to book airfare to Cancun, Mexico. The airport code is CUN.
• We recommend you purchase your flights as soon as possible. You can book via your favorite airline and consider using miles or credit card points, if you have them.
• Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding air when you’re ready.
• Please send your flight information in no later than Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

HOW DO I GET A QUOTE FOR MY ROOM?

• All quotes start with the reservation form. Fill out the reservation form and we will get back to you with a quote.
• In your reservation form, make sure to include the ROOM TYPE you want to book.

I AM SHARING A ROOM WITH ANOTHER INVITED GUEST. HOW DOES THAT WORK?

• Please coordinate with your roommate and designate ONE person to fill out the reservation form.
• Reservation forms should be one per ROOM, not one per person.
• If you and your roommate live at different addresses, please make sure to include the second passenger’s contact info. This can go in the notes field.
• If you would like separate invoices for each roommate, please include this in the comments section of your reservation form.
• When I get your form, I will email both of you and explain next steps.

DOES THE RESORT HAVE A DRESS CODE?

Yes, each restaurant has their own dress code. Here are the dress codes. Click the link below to view what dress code each restaurant has.

Casual
Bermudas (long shorts or Capri pants), sneakers/tennis shoes and sandals. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. No sleeveless shirts for men.

Casual Elegance
Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants required for men.

Beach Casual
Swim trunks, bathing suits and flip-flops accepted.

Formal
Men: long pants and collared shirts; dress shoes. Women: blouses, skirts, slacks or dresses; dress shoes.
Daytime Casual
Bathing suit cover-ups or shorts and tops and sandals required.

Resort Casual
Bermudas (long shorts or Capri pants), sneakers/tennis shoes and sandals. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. No sleeveless shirts for men.

Pool Casual

TRAVEL INSURANCE FAQ

Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended and protects you if you need to cancel your trip. Since all-inclusives are pre-paid, insurance protects your investment if you need to change your plans. Without travel insurance, there are no refunds for any reason.

Travel insurance includes more than just cancellation coverage… it includes post-departure coverage and medical coverage as well! Did you know that most USA health insurances do NOT work in Mexico? If you need to see a doctor for an illness or a small mishap, you will be charged in cash upfront before a doctor will treat you. Insurance helps reimburse you for these unexpected costs.

Travel insurance is based on the cost of your room plus your age. Megan will provide you with a quote for the Worldwide Trip Protector plan with the option to add the “Cancel For Any Reason” benefit when you receive your invoice. This insurance must be added at the time of DEPOSIT.

Your insurance quote will contain two options:
1. The Worldwide Trip Protector plan from Travel Insured is a traditional policy which allows you to cancel for a covered reason (ie sickness, illness, death in family, etc).There are over 30 reasons for trip interruption/cancellation.
2. You can add the 'Cancel For Any Reason' benefit onto the Worldwide Trip Protector plan. This allows you to cancel for any reason to receive 75% of your money back. Therefore, if your reason for canceling is not a covered reason, then you at least have this to fall back on to get 75% of your money back.

The 'Cancel For Any Reason' benefit gives you the extra flexibility of knowing you can cancel your trip for almost any unforeseen reason that the Worldwide Trip Protector plan does not already cover at 100% and receive 75% of your non-refundable trip costs back. It includes benefits like trip cancellation protection, primary emergency medical benefits, 24-hour travel assistance, and more.

What are the travel restrictions in Mexico/US?

ALL travel restrictions have been removed from Mexico and the US.

HOW CAN I BOOK A SPA TREATMENT?
