There are two airports you can fly into: Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Atlanta airport is also very well connected to Europe and to Miami. Its about a 10 hour drive from Atlanta to Miami in case you fancy a road trip. Sarah is an expert in European connections by now, so call her if you need help!
Of course, we never know how Corona and the border situation will evolve, so buying refundable tickets might be a consideration.
It is America, so a car is always useful. Its going to be very busy that time of year, so good to book one soon. Uber, Lyft etc also works very well. Over the weekend, there will be transportation from the church to the reception and back to Coconut Grove.
Uber and Lyft are readily available (also from the airport) if you need transportation. There is an app called Freebee that will take you for free around select areas of Miami: ridefreebee.com/service-areas/.
Taxis are less reliable, so stick with Uber or Lyft if you can, but in case you need a taxi: www.yellowtaximiami.com/
There will be transportation from Coconut Grove hotels to Plymouth Congregational Church, from the church to the reception/dinner venue (Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden) and back from the dinner to Coconut Grove.
