Rethymno

Rethymno is where the events will be held. It is a Venetian village and is the third largest on Greece’s biggest island (Crete) and nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the White Mountains on the north coast of Crete. Rethymno is famous for the Fortezza, the old Venetian Harbor and its the old town. 

In this section we have set out some attractions which are easily reachable by car. For those of you who are here for longer than just the weekend, there is a lot you can see and do (and eat and drink!).
