Dear Invited Guests,
We are so happy to invite you to a week of family, friendship, and fun as Sam and Kris start their married life together. We feel so lucky to have all of you in our lives, and excited that many of you will be meeting each other for the first time, with plenty of time relax and to really know each other! While travel to and from Kill Devil Hills, NC will be at your own expense, we will be providing all housing accommodations and many of the meals and snacks during the week at no cost to you. Once we have received the replies confirming who will be attending, we will create house and room assignments. While everyone will have the access to enter/visit all the houses, we ask that you please do not change your room or house location once assigned - as we will be putting in a lot of work to maximize logistics such as individual needs/handicap bathroom access, etc.
Once we get everyone’s email addresses back, we will be coordinating the collection of communal meal and various dry goods items through the Meal Train website –invitation will be sent out for anyone who wishes to participate. The only thing we ask is that if you sign up for something, please bring exact quantity/size/type on list that you signed up for so we can count on having what we need for the number of people that are attending.
There are several folks with food allergies attending – so type: beef hot dogs vs. meat franks for example - is important to avoid the known allergen. We have enclosed a calendar with daily planned meals that will be provided. While we will be providing a LOT of food, we simply cannot provide all meals or drinks, so please look at list and bring what you want or need. Please feel free to bring any personal food or snacks – just label them if they are not for group consumption - and any alcohol you need for the week (there is a liquor store near the houses as well). We will provide beer/wine/alcohol/beverages at the wedding venue. There are multiple kitchens and 2 outdoor grills in each house – feel free to cook away, but please clean up after yourself and your family if you decide to cook. We will also have sign-up sheets in each house for you grill masters out there for lunch duties; and you bartenders/mixologists will have your opportunity to shine too! There will be a Golf Outing coordinated for anyone that would like to participate: course fees will be at your own expense and final cost will be forwarded to participants as soon as we have an accurate # of golfers, so please respond ASAP.) We will have an easel with a daily activity board in front hallway of every house (this information will also be updated daily on the enclosed wedding website/APP). The wedding website also has the link to each house so you can view the spaces and what is available in each house. Each house has a heated pool and beach access as well. There are no lifeguards on duty, so please be careful and watch your children around the water. We have tried to be mindful of what people will need to have a wonderful experience, however, if you have a special need that we need to know about, please reach out sooner than later so we can try to accommodate your need.

What will be provided: -Towel set (bath towel/hand towel/wash cloth) per person (belong to house/rental company) -Bath mats will be in each bathroom (belong to house/rental company) -Sheet set (belong to house/rental company) -Beach towel for each person to use and take home (wedding favor) -Dish soap / scrubbies -Dishwasher soap -Coffee filters for 12 cup coffee makers -Daily morning commercial coffee urn for all (there will be a coffee urn in each house) -Some meals/snacks – see attachments -Heated pool (there is NO Lifeguard on duty!) -2 outdoor grills per house -First Aid kit will be available in each house -Each house has a movie theater -Cable TV -Internet and Wifi – passwords will be sent to all guests via text or email starting week prior to departure. -Game Room/video games/pool table/poker table/shuffle board/ping pong (games vary by house) -Gym Equipment (available in Constellation) -Karaoke machine/equipment
