Please Read This Information before booking your trip   Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to the Dominican Republic! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.   To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent team to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Lopesan Costa Bavaro and would encourage you to stay with us!   Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:   

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people staying in the same room fill out the form.   

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.   

3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana (PUJ).   

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

While DWE can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.

We have a 24-hour during-travel emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Brooks - Welch Wedding Party that are booked through us will not be "walked" and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.   

*A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $100 per person is due no later than June 12, 2025, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

**A Second, non-refundable Payment to meet 50% of your total balance is due by October 14, 2025.

Please note that all pricing and availability for Samantha and Austin Room Block is guaranteed until October 15, 2025. After this date, rates and availability will need to be requested. Please submit your reservation request to begin the quote.

***Remaining balance is due by December 9, 2025 and is 100% non-refundable after this date***   

**Please note that all deposits for reservations are non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel Anytime Travel Insurance policy to protect your investment in case of the unforeseen.

These 462 sq ft suites boast a nearly 118 sq ft terrace with views of the pools. Each of the Junior Suite Pool offers guests the luxury of getting a good night’s rest and even the chance to enjoy a relaxing rain shower. The bathroom also comes with a hair dryer. What Does This Rate Include?

This rate includes all taxes and fees as well as your shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transfers.

Rate does not include airfare or travel insurance.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.  Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included!  

 *If you prefer to fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) you may do so, but airport transfers are NOT included and will incur an additional cost*   

We use Google Flights to track airfare prices and shop for flights. If you have questions about airfare, please email the team at hello@destinationweddingsexpert.com   

*Words of Advice*  - If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

 - Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.   

NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date.

But rest assured there is PLENTY to do at the resort and already included in your stay.

There’s nothing like waking up in the morning to everything you ever wanted right outside your door.

Want some thrills for the whole family? Consider an excursion. How about some “me time"? Come replenish in the delectable spa with every beautifying and relaxing treatment imaginable available to you.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 40 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.

You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.
