I’ve been picked as a maid of honour.
The bride is my big sister if you know Sally she’s very warm and kind. She goes above and beyond all the time in everything. Sally is the one I run to in times of trouble. She has heard it all from my complaints at work and changing nail techs. Overall Sally is very peaceful and understanding when she chooses to be xxxx
I met the groom at a family function. Desmond is a lovely person he always supports my business ventures.
Been friends with Sally for about 20 years. Yes we are old lol. We have gone from our initial meet in secondary school to being long term besties. It’s an honor to be a part of her special day!
where do I begin? I met Sally in 2015 when we both worked at the same firm and have been inseparable since. To know Sally is to love her. She is one of the kindest, most caring people l have ever met (to a fault sometimes but I wouldn’t have her any other way). She’s always there, an ever present figure in my life no matter what and I feel incredibly blessed to call you my friend. You have grown into a wonderful woman in the years I have known you and can’t wait to witness this exciting next chapter of your life. Love you lots ❤️
I met Sally in year 7, fast forward nearly 20 years and we’re still besties! We’ve shared so many milestones together, so thank you so much for including me in this next, important chapter of your lives ❤️
I've known Sally since I was 4 years old. Yes four! We met in primary school. She's been an amazing friend, sister anf confidant. She's been there for me through my highs and lows offering amazing advise and support. Every little girl needs a Sally in her life. I truly thank God for her life. Can not wait to celebrate with her!
I met sally when we were teenagers figuring out life. We would meet after school to commute home and instead of talking about the school day like usual teens we would talk about our future and laugh about how beautiful it would be. We lived the furthest away from our school compared to other students so sometimes once we snapped out of our conversations we would notice we were the only people left on the bus. We were so deep in conversation.
Sally is what most girls would pray for in a friend - so sweet, kind and honest. She is so precious and I am overjoyed that she has found her prince to treat her like the true princess she is !
Love you sis…looking forward to a lifetime of watching you live out your dreams.
I’m Sally’s cousin. Her mum is my mum’s older sister. I met Sally for the first time when I was about 8 years old and she came to Ghana with her family for the first time. I remember thinking “wow, she’s so pretty”. We had a great time that summer.
Sally is my God-sister but basically my sister and I’ve known her forever now
I have known my cousin Sally all my life. Literally my parents still have Sally’s baby pictures in our picture album (so annoying).
We have watched each other grow from holy communion parties, sleepovers, primary school etc to now adults.
I remember meeting Sally with Desmond at a party. I reminded him that I will take over the dance floor at the wedding so everyone better get their dancing shoes ready.
I’ve known my cousin, Sally, my whole life and can’t believe she’s finally getting married! I have always admired Sally and wish her a marriage full of happiness. ❤️
I first met Des during uni, We randomly bumped into each other en route to our first lecture, and I can say he's become more than just a friend - he's a brother. We've had many memories, from all-day library sessions, Kent night outs, legendary FIFA battles and unforgettable trips. Congratulations to Des and Sally on their special day, and I am honoured to be a part of it.
I am Desmond’s cousin. His mom is my mom’s younger sister. The first time I met Des was in 2001, but by then I had already heard about him till he came to Ghana in 2001. Desmond is a very humble, God fearing, special and supportive cousin and we have a good bond like we are born of the same mother. We share moments and good vibes anytime he touches down in Ghana.
The first time I saw Sally was in 2019 at sky bar in Accra but by then I had already heard about her till I met her in Accra at sky bar and Desmond introduced her to me. She is always fun to be with, has good vibes and always makes sure I am okay anytime we step out. She is always full of smiles, a generous and undeniable amazing lady.
I’ve pretty much known Des all my life, he’s my older cousin and growing up I remember him looking after me. I look up to him as an older brother, he used to lend me games, clothes and trainers when I needed as I just wanted to be cool like him. I remember Des going through university and becoming very much acquainted with the gym, he gave me advice and used those gains to finally overpower me! Congratulations my brother, I’m proud of you, God bless.
Des is my older cousin but growing up he was like the big brother I always wanted. I followed in his footsteps and my parents even sent me to a secondary school in Enfield because he went there too haha. I have very fond memories of our childhood and the legendary cousin sleepovers when we all slept on the floor like sardines in a tin!
I’ve known Desmond for a number of years, in fact childhood years, growing up playing football in the corridor, to going to School together. So grateful to have witnessed different life experiences and I know the future is brighter. As a sunflower blossoms and thrives, we’ll do the same in life.
Thank you, Desmond and Sally for this great opportunity to be a part of your wedding.
I've known Desmond for many years, I know him to be very humble and respectful. I met Sally at my Wedding in October. She is an amazing woman and Des and Sally look great together, I am very proud and honoured to be a part of your big day, God bless you both and congratulations.
Des is one of my favorite cousins. I have known him since we were kids. Des is very humble, kind and fun to be with. He is also hard working and likes to support me or help me out whenever he has the chance to. I have fond memories whenever he comes to Ghana during Christmas holidays we always have fun parties to parties and shows to shows. Congratulations Des and Sally. I can't wait to celebrate with you and everyone.
