Our Story
Yogi and I met on a dating site! We both had families that probed us with questions at every holiday and every phone call leading us to join a dating site. I was about to move to Atlanta for residency and dating was the last thing on my mind while Yogi was busy with a fellowship at Hopkins. Yogi had reached out saying something simple and short which was not something unusual for a first text on a site, but for some reason his profile had stood out to me with his down to earth description of himself. We talked for a few months before we decided it was time to meet. He waited at a coffee shop for 3 hours past our agreed time while I was finishing up rounds as an intern. He was so kind and never once reminded me of the fact that I was late for our first date! Our first date felt as if I had known him for a whole lifetime and the rest is history!
