Carpooling/Ride Sharing

We cannot stress this enough and understand it's a challenge, but please try to carpool for both camping and for events, due to limited parking in the venue's river valley. We have 30 vehicle parking spaces for our...150 amazing guests... with no option to "park and walk in" from another spot on the property or the road.

~ We are working on shuttling options to *a few* stops. If you haven't already, please provide us with your hotel or airbnb address by filling in the sheet below (or text us, that's cool). We will devise some carpooling & shuttling options to get everyone there and back safely :).

*Uber/Taxis are not really a "thing" in Three Rivers.

*please remember that trailers over 14 feet will not be able to make it down the driveway to the venue

We also have a carpool/rideshare spreadsheet here below- use it :)

Parking is limited on site, (and ya know, "the Environment" is important) therefore, it is crucial that we carpool! Elisa (aka "Reef") has created a great Ride Sharing spreadsheet: View ~ for those traveling from within California to this incredible Venue in Three Rivers, see if you can find a ride and make some new friends!

Driving Directions

Directions should be printed and read completely. Do not rely on GPS. The ranch is approximately 30 minutes drive from Three Rivers.

The Ranch address is 48008 South Fork Drive, Three Rivers, CA 93271

*remember, you will not have any cell coverage for most of the South Fork Dr. Cell service is spotty and GPS is often incorrect. Again, it is best to print these directions for your drive.

*Old Three Rivers Drive is one of the first turn¬offs to the right as you enter Three Rivers. Turn right there. Once you have turned onto Old Three Rivers Dr, continue up, keep right onto Blossom, and make a right at the 3¬way onto South Fork Dr. Redwood Ranch is 7 miles away (approx 20 ¬ 30 mins. drive). Slower is better on these mountain roads. Watch for cattle in the road, and be aware that uphill traffic typically has the right of way¬ however, be aware of pullouts and always make way for any rig with a trailer. Please be a courteous and safe driver as you make your way up to the ranch, and we encourage you to leave that 30 minute drive time window to avoid any rush.

About 20 minutes up you will see the group of mailboxes that include ours¬ -*do not turn here, ¬ continue up South Fork Dr. When you see the “Rio Rosa” ranch gate you are almost there! We are the next ranch. You will see our white pasture fence with the metal Redwood Tree mounted to the right of the gate. The red address marker reads 48008.

Please use the gate code 1933# and drive all the way to the bottom of the drive (*do not turn left to the yellow house, *do not veer right to the small cabins).

*if the gate malfunctions, we do have an intercom system at the front gate¬buzz first, then keep pressing the button to talk, then release it to listen

Barn land line: (559) 370¬- 4043 (this is located outside the house and not answered often)

Camp with Us!

Redwood Ranch

Redwood Ranch is not a campground, it's a beautiful rural river valley with a river going through it and glorious swimming holes. Camping will take place in designated areas, however there are no "camp sites" created so prepare to make your own and claim it when you arrive within the designated areas. There are a few spots for shaded tent sites. Also, please be considerate of your camping neighbors and aware that there will be lots of tents fighting for shade.

Bring your tent, tarp, air mattress, headlamps, some gear for mild weather that can be a high in the 90s and dips into the mid to low 60s in the evening. If you’re worried about shade perhaps bring a shade structure. *Do not bother bringing a stove or jet boil as they are not allowed on the property due to fire regulations and you’re getting catering anyway! Catering will also provide coffee. Also don’t bother bringing a toilet unless you really want one and plan to set up camp further out ~ there will be a fancy air conditioned portable bathrooms there and we’ll provide solar showers and a dressing room tent and allow you to get comfy & lookin’ fresh.

Also, bring some things for your day lounging in the river or at camp. Folding chair (we will have tables and some lounges but not enough for everyone to sit at the same time), water bottle, bathing suit, river towel, shower towel, hand towel and *an old sheet… yep sheets are the best per the river folk! They don’t pick up the sticky leaves and debris so they are great to lay on the rocks and lounge with or lay your towel over. Also feel free to bring your yoga matt for the Saturday morning yoga session with Amber! If you are specific about what you like to drink or snack on, please feel free to bring an ice chest of those things ☺ don’t leave food or drinks out unattended as the peacocks will chow down on it!

Please help us limit the recycling/waste by not bringing such things to camp. We’re going to feed you while you’re on site. We’ve got scheduled meals for the catering package and the Rehearsal Dinner + Wedding Dinner are our treat to you (for being friends for life & supporting and loving us ~ thank you). Come and enjoy a chill & festive weekend by the river.

This ain't no ordinary ranch ~ a river runs thru it, and tents can be pitched anywhere you like! If you camp with us, we are asking that you purchase the weekend catering package. We are all lucky to be fed by the amazing ladies of Flora & Fauna (and they'll be camping right there with us!). It'll be hot, yes (about 97 degrees average high temp) but the river is there to cool your core while you stay close to the action :)
