Pack your bags, we are going to Mexico! We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple, we have hired a travel agent to help our guests book their accomodation inside our room block. We have chosen to have our wedding at Dreams Playa Mujeres and encourage you to stay with us there for all of the wedding events. Many details are below, but here are a few important things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Only 1 person per room needs to complete the form.

2. We recommend no more than 2 adults to a room for optimal comfort but rooms can accomodate up to 3 guests (sometimes more if there are children). The pricing quoted below is based on 2 adults to a room. However feel free to reach out for pricing on more than 2 adults to a room.

3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in the pricing. No need to arrange for a taxi upon arrival or departure from the Cancun airport. We have you covered!

4. To guarantee availability, your preferred room and discounted pricing, please place your deposit with our travel agent as soon as possible.

Good News, you don't have to pay all at once! You can structure your payments in one of 2 ways:

Option 1: You can make the deposit and then let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.

Option 2: Book early and take advantage of the easy monthly payment plan. It is interest-free too! All you have to do is book your room using the link below and pay the deposit. This will secure your room and you can make payments at any point on your room!

A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $100 per room is due to secure your room by 10/01/2021. *refundable with travel insurance

Cancelation Policy:

CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER DEPOSIT IS PAID THAT HAVE NOT PURCHASED INSURANCE WILL INCUR A $100 PER PERSON PENALTY.

CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER December 1 2021 THAT HAVE NOT PURCHASED INSURANCE WILL BE subject to 100% charge of the entire stay.

Cancelled AIR tickets are valid for one year from original ticket issue date (it must be exchanged) The new travel date can NOT be beyond the validity date.

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN)

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. Just note that airline tickets booked as part of the room package will be non-refundable. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $180 a day/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of the room block, please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. FAQs:

Do you need a passport? Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico. - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date.

Is there a dress code at the resort?
Yes! However, if you would like to never get dressed, you can order room service for every meal but if you would like to go to the restaurants, some of them do have a strict dress code- especially for men. No tank tops for men- must have sleeves! I would also encourage men to bring slacks and closed toe shoes. For breakfast and lunch, swimsuits and cover ups with sandals are fine. Golf pants with a V-Neck are acceptable at most places but the “nicer” restaurant requires men to wear closed toe shoes, slacks, and a collared shirt so be sure to read the resort information packet with dress codes.
