The rooms are available on a half board basis with breakfast and lunch or dinner included. 

The remaining deposit is payable on arrival to the hotel.

Due to the location of The Fairmont and the distance to alternative hotels we recommend our guests to stay at the wedding venue! 

Nanyuki is approximately a 3 hour drive from Nairobi.

We would require all guests to arrive by the 5th April, though you are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the serene and picturesque mountain slope of Nanyuki.

Shuttles will be recommended for wedding guests travelling from Nairobi.

We recommend pairing in groups:

1. 15 pax for a 20 seater van 

2. 6 pax for 10 seater mini van

3. 3 pax for a Station wagon

The capacity is reduced to accomodate luggage.
