Hey family and friends to make things easier we’ve included the link to our travel company Yellow Umbrella Events for all hotel and travel information. In order to allow you the flexibility to book flights utilizing points or whichever method you prefer we would like to inform you that flights are not included as part of your booking.

Pack your bags and dont forget your sombreros, we're going to Playa del Carmen Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Hotel Xcaret Mexico, and would encourage you to stay with us!

We’d like to introduce you to our travel agents Cheryl and Shea Bailey @ Yellow Umbrella Events. Most of you by now have already received an email from one of them. All the details regarding the hotel and booking accommodations can be found their page but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Please only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation to avoid confusion with Yellow Umbrella Events.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can hold up to 4 guests depending on room type.

3. The Hotel is All Inclusive and transfers to and from the airport will be included once your room is booked through our Travel Agent.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible! The deadline for the initial 1st night payment to hold the room is September 28th 2021

5. To all the ladies in the place with style and grace keep in mind the terrain at the resort is rough and definitely not made for heels so we recommend wedges or flats.

6. Currently you do not need a Negative PCR test to fly out to Cancun International Airport however you do need one to re-enter the US.

Fortunately the Hotel offers this quick and easy service so no need to worry. We anticipate this mandate may be lifted as we get closer to the date but rest assured in the event that it isn’t we’re still covered.

7. We strongly urge those booking to purchase travel insurance. You can find all the information you need on our travel website. This is of course optional but we have taken into consideration the way the pandemic has affected travel this past year and the possibility of any travel restrictions.
