How Do I Book?

To join the fun, please work with our travel agent, Ashley Morris. Ashley is a Destination Wedding specialist and the owner of Alpaca Your Bags Travel. We have been working with her since December to plan our event.

Ashley has worked with Xcaret to negotiate a great group rate for this fantastic hotel.

Yes, we kindly ask that you make your room reservations with Ashley. We have signed a contract with the hotel to pre-reserve rooms for our group.

To book these pre-reserved rooms at the group rate, all guests need to book through our contract. There is an FAQ on her site that explains this in more detail.
