In order to included in all wedding festivities, you must stay at this resort a minimum of 3 nights! We have secured a block of rooms at a discounted price for the dates of February 13th- February 21st, 2024. Please feel free to arrive and depart whenever you please, as long as you’re booked to stay for 3 nights! *extended dates at this discounted rate are available upon request*
Please have one person per room fill out a room reservation form by 07/01/2023.
A deposit of $50 per person is required by 07/01/2023 and final deposit is due by 12/01/2023.

Our wedding is on SUNDAY FEB 18TH, 2024.
Please plan to arrive at least by Saturday Feb 17th. Please take into consideration the possibility of flight delays or cancellations when booking. We'd hate for you to miss out on celebrating us!
Yes! Children are welcome at the resort and the wedding! This is the perfect opportunity for a family vacation. The resort is split into a family side and an adult only side, so please make sure to book your room accordingly. We will be bringing our daughter, so we'll be back and forth between the two sides.
The resort is split into an adults only side and a family side. You must book a room on the adults only side if you want to have access to this side, but you will have access to the family side as well. Booking on the family side will only give you access to this side. The adult side is called the "Elegance Club."
*We will be staying on the adults only side, but will be going back and forth between the two.
Majestic elegance is an all inclusive resort. This means your room rate includes the room, food, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Wedding day: Think "beach formal" for this! This suggests an elegant beach wedding- so dress to impress while keeping in mind the weather in Mexico! Anything you'd wear to a nice restaurant on a summer day is appropriate. Feel free to Google "Beach Semi Formal Wedding Attire" if you need help with suggestions.
Ladies:
Formal summer sundresses at any length or dressy bottoms with a nice shirt. Bare feet are welcome at the beach, along with nice sandals or wedges!
Gents:
A summer suit or nice button down shirt and light weight pants (think linen, khaki, light colors, and breathable fabrics!) Ties aren't necessary, but go for it if you want to! Bare feet are welcome on the beach; or nice sandals, loafers, and boat shoes.

Unless you were given a plus one, only those named on the invitation may join us for wedding festivities. However, you are free to have as many friends or family members book with you and vacation with you! Our venue at the hotel has a limited capacity, we apologize for any inconvenience!
You are required to book the room and place a deposit (Only $50 per person) by July 1st, 2023. This is to ensure that all our guests that plan to attend our wedding are guaranteed a room! This is a very busy time of year at the resort, as spring break is this normally this week!
A passport book is required to fly into Mexico. If you do not have a passport or it has expired, we advise you to send out for one ASAP. You can find the passport application at the link below.
*Your passport must be valid 6 months past the date of travel.
*Passport books are not valid when flying to Mexico.
