Travel Insurance may cover between 75% – 100% of trip cancellation and many other things like unexpected medical expenses, baggage, and flight delays.

PLEASE NOTE: The Cancel For Any Reason is available as an Add-on (only option to cover COVID).
However, you must purchase the insurance no later than 14 days from the day you make your reservation. FYI, CFAR is not available for New York State residents.

Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport CAN BE INCLUDED in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Puerto Vallarta.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

$200 per room deposit is required to secure a reservation.
$100 additional per room is due May 15th, 2022

Final Payment is due August 1st, 2022

Cancelations after August 1st, 2022 will be non-refundable.

Passport Information

It is time to check your passports to make sure you know where they are and that they have not expired. It is important to know that since you’re traveling out of the country, a valid passport might not be enough to allow you to board your flight or cruise ship. It might expire too soon to meet the foreign country’s requirements. You will need a Passport that is VALID TILL May, 2023 to travel!

FAQ'S

DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes. We offer “Cancel for ANY reason” insurance with your room block. It is the only insurance that will cover COVID! It covers cancellation up to 48 hours BEFORE you travel and you get back 75% of the cost of the trip. If not, we also sell insurance that is canceled for "covered reason" ask us how! Contact Susan Green and her Team!

DO YOU BOOK AIRFARE?
No. We do not do air for the trip as many of you use miles and other options, but we suggest using Google Flights or the HOPPER app to track flights. Please email Susan, our travel advisor with your flights once you have them booked so she can help with transfers.

CAN I ADD SOMEONE TO MY ROOM?
Yes. You can always add a person to your room after your reservation has been made as long as it doesn’t go above the room occupancy limit. If you’re waiting to make a reservation because you’re not sure if someone will be with you in the room, we suggest you go ahead and secure your reservation now and then add them later.

CAN I SWITCH THE PERSON IN MY ROOM?
Yes. Just send Susan an email with the name of the guest to be removed along with the name (as it appears on their passport) of the new guest, their birthday, and email address. Once Susan has this information, she will make the adjustment.

OH NO! SOMETHING HAPPENED AND I CANNOT MAKE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
If you can’t make it to the wedding, send Susan an email (she has to have it in writing) letting her know you need to cancel your reservation. She will then email you a confirmation. If you cancel before August 1st, 2022 they will refund you your deposit (minus insurance). If you cancel after August 1st, 2022, it is in full penalty and you will not receive a refund.

I WOULD LIKE TO STAY AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT BEFORE/AFTER THE ROOM BLOCK. HOW DO I DO THIS?
If you would like to stay for additional nights, please ask Susan Green our travel advisor and she will request them for you.
