We recommend staying in Ka’anapali Beach, Maui. All of the hotels in Ka’anapali are within walking distance and we recommend finding the best option suited to your needs.
Regardless, we recommend you STAY ON THE WEST SIDE of the island.

A few important things to note:
~Room Block Dates: Rooms are being held from March 12 - 16, 2020. Should you wish to extend your stay, the reservation agent can assist.
~Group Name: When making your reservation, be sure to mention you are with the Abbey and Bingham Wedding Group.
~Room Block Rates: Run of House includes Garden & Pool/Courtyard View categories. Run of Ocean includes Partial Ocean View & Ocean View categories. Room assignments are at the hotel’s discretion.

--Room with Breakfast: Run of House: $266.00 // Run of Ocean: $317.00
~Reservation Cut-Off Date: All reservations must be made by February 12, 2020.
~Deposit: A 2-night deposit is required when making your individual reservation.
~Cancellation: Should you need to cancel, you have up until 3 weeks prior to arrival to cancel without a penalty. Any cancellations within 3 weeks of arrival will be subject to a 2-night penalty. “No shows” will be charged a 2-night penalty.
~Porterage Fees: This pre-paid bellmen gratuity is $9.37 per person, including tax, 2 bags in/out of hotel (governed by union contract and therefore non-negotiable, and subject to change).
~Parking: $14 For Self-Parking; $18 for Valet Parking (Rate subject to change).
~Additional Person Charge: The discounted rates are based on single or double occupancy only. For guests 18 years and older, there is an additional charge of $40.00 for the 3rd and 4th person, per room, per night. Maximum of 4 persons per room. Children 17 years and younger are complimentary when sharing a room with a minimum of two (2) adults, using existing bedding. Cribs are complimentary. Aloha Passport Program for Kids is complimentary. Children 5 and under only eat for free with paying adult.
