All Reservations Should be Made Through the Room Block
We kindly ask that all guests book their rooms by December 25, 2025. Any unused rooms in our block that we haven’t requested to release by that date will result in charges to us, so your timely booking is greatly appreciated! Also, if you book outside of the block there is an additional $100 "event charge" by the resort to attend the wedding.

—Choose Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa for a budget-friendly option with access to family-friendly amenities and closer access to a larger pool and the village. If you are traveling with multiple children, you may want a junior suite with two beds and a fold-out couch, or an adjoining room. You can call the resort to ask questions about the rooms. —Choose TRS Coral Hotel for an adults-only, close to beach, luxury experience with premium services and exclusive areas. (Both hotels are part of the same resort.) NOTE: If you want to stay in TRS, we are told you might be offered a 40-50% discount to upgrade to TRS upon arrival at the resort. The discounted upgrade isn't 100% guaranteed, but it probably makes sense to book at the GP and upgrade to TRS following arrival at the resort.
—Consider the Family Selection area to be closer to the beach and a kids pool and for a more elevated family experience that includes priority reservations at restaurants, a customized minibar, and a special welcome kit for kids. Little ones are treated to their own mini bathrobes, slippers, and towels. Adults enjoy complimentary access to all TRS Coral Hotel amenities, and butler service is included for added convenience. Families also have full access to the Miniclub, Babyclub, and Teenclub. While the Grand Palladium offers activities for kids and families throughout the day, many guests choose the Family Selection area for its programs tailored to babies and kids, as well as its convenient location near the beach. —A 20% deposit secures the room, with the remaining balance automatically charged 45 days prior to the stay.
—The code RACHELNSTEW is good for June 24-30, 2026. If you'd like to begin your stay earlier or stay longer, you can make a second reservation outside of the room block.

—The deadline to book rooms is December 25, 2025. This is because the resort will charge us for unbooked rooms in our room block after this date. They will also charge us fees for guests attending outside of our room block.
—All showers include shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. You may want to bring inflatable pool floats, although they are also available in the stores in the resort for a premium price.

—Entertainment & Activities: Daily shows, live entertainment, water sports, fitness classes, educational classes, and more to keep the party going. There are around eight scheduled activities each day ranging from art and cooking classes, to tasting events, to aqua and pilates exercise classes.
—Drinks: Unlimited drinks (cocktails too!) at the bars and restaurants—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
—Meals & Snacks: Access to multiple restaurants and bars with delicious cuisines: Italian, Mexican, Asian, steakhouse, you name it!
—One hour free daily of court time at the Nadal Tennis Center. This is includes balls and racquets.
Spa services cost extra, and the Chic Cabaret & Restaurant dinner-show also has an additional fee, but hey, treat yourself!
Booking Off Resort
Guests are also welcome to book accommodations at a nearby resort or hotel. For those staying offsite, a private event pass is available for $165 USD. This pass grants access to the wedding beginning one hour before the ceremony and is valid until 11:00 PM.
If guests wish to arrive earlier in the day, they will unfortunately need to purchase an additional day pass. Payment for the private event pass can be made at the front desk.
When checking into the hotel, we recommend booking your dinners early to secure your preferred dining times and restaurants. Note that the buffets are very good options for the evenings you don't book a restaurant.
