Pienza and Tuscany
There are two locations for the wedding events.
The church ceremony will be in Pienza at the Duomo of Pienza. The reception will be at Villa Chiatina, about 30 minutes by car from Pienza (30 kilometers).
If you are not planning to move by car, we recommend that you stay in Pienza for the weekend. We will be providing transportation from Pienza to Villa Chiatina and back.
If you are coming from outside of Italy, the closest airports to the wedding location are Florence (1.30 hours by car) and Rome (2.30 hours by car).
The best way to get to Pienza is by car, but you can also choose to commute by public train + bus.

STAYING IN PIENZA
Pienza is a small, picturesque town and can be explored on foot. There are also a number of good agriturismos and B&B's around Pienza. Note: we recommend that you book your accommodation soon as early September is still high season in Tuscany!
