Booking & Amendments
Booking & Payment:
1. These special rates will be available until 1st September 2022, please book your stay by then.
2. To book your stay please fill in the Reservation form from here, after that our wedding planners team will contact you regarding the next steps for booking your stay.
3. You can make payments for your room booking either by Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
4. Payments made by credit card will attract an additional 4% - 5% processing charges.
5. Initially your credit card details will be held only as a guarantee to block your room and the full payment will be taken on the 1st September 2022
Cancellation Policy:
1. Any amendments in booking or cancellation requested before 1st November 2022 will be accepted on a non-chargeable basis.
2. Changes requested post 1st November 2022, will be subject to 100% cancellation charges (which will be charged from your guaranteed card).
Charges for Children (inclusive of taxes):
1. Children below 6 years will have a complimentary stay. Extra bed at an extra cost.
2. Children between 6-12 years would be charged at extra cost and extra bed charges.
3. Children above 12 years and above will be charged as an extra adult at an extra cost.
Notes
Important Points to Note:
1. The hotel rates are subject to change post 1st September 2022, as per their website.
2. You may be required to produce your OCI, visa and passport at the time of check-in.
3. The check-in time is 15:00 hours and the check-out time is 11:00 hours. So it is recommended to plan your arrival and departure schedule accordingly.
4. Free Wi-Fi is available to the guests staying at LabhGarh Palace.
