UPDATE as of APRIL 29th: Four (4) additional rooms have been added to our room block at this time. Once these rooms have been reserved, the hotel is, unfortunately, sold out. We recommend booking your stay at the Baymont Hotel in Branford. Details below!
Additional rooms are available at the Baymont in Wyndham, located just under 10 minutes from our venue.
No formal block has been set up here but the hotel offers ample availability with 22 suites and 14 king-size rooms.
Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel.
While transportation will not be provided, there are AirBNBs available close to our wedding location.
Shuttles will be available to bring our guests from the Holiday Inn Express and Baymont by Wyndham to our wedding location and back at the end of the evening.
Shuttles will be onsite at the Holiday Inn Express at 3:45 pm to board guests and bring them to the Pine Orchard Chapel. Please gather in the lobby by the front entrance, where the shuttle will be waiting.
NEW YORK GUESTS: A shuttle will be provided for those guests who will be traveling by train from Grand Central station. To ensure a timely and safe arrival, please plan to take the 1:02 pm train from Grand Central to New Haven Union Station which is scheduled to arrive by 3:15 pm.
The same shuttle will be onsite to take guests back to the train station at the close of our reception, leaving promptly by 9:55 pm.
