Panglao International Airport
Pangalo International Airport opened in October of 2018 and is The Philippines' first environmentally friendly airport. It is currently offering direct flights from The United States with a short stopover in Manila. (This is the recommend route for travelers flying directly to Panglao to avoid flight and airline changes). Complementary shuttle transportation can be arranged through the resorts when booking your rooms with The South Palms Resort and The Bohol Beach Club.
Ninoy Aquino International Airport
Nino Aquino International Aiport is located in Manila with direct flights to and from The United States. It also has short domestic flights into and out of The Pangalo International Airport, and is perfect for any traveler who would like to spend a few days exploring the city and/or other parts of South-East Asia before or after the wedding.
Macon-Cebu International Airport
Mactan–Cebu International Airport is located in the Central Visayas region, as is the island of Bohol. Although this airport is a short plane ride from The Panglao International Airport there are no direct flights to and from The United States. However, is it another beautiful place to explore for those who will be spending more time wandering around The Philippines.
Philippine Airlines
Philippine Airlines is the oldest commercial airline in Asia and offers mostly direct flights into and out of the country. This airline typically times their international flights to leave in the evening and arrive in the morning which helps curb jet-lag, (this schedule is also highly recommend for those traveling with small children). They also offer domestic flights throughout the islands.
Cebu Pacific Air
Cebu Pacific Air is one of the most popular domestic airlines with several daily flights throughout the islands. This airline is recommended for travelers who will be traveling throughout the Philippines and do not plan to fly directly to Panglao International Airport from The United States.
