WELCOME PARTY TRANSPORT

If you informed us on the location of your stay and are staying either at the hotel or in Ortigia, travel information is below. Please arrive to the locations on time.
From Grand Hotel Minareto – a coach will depart at 5.45pm local time from the hotel reception.
From Ortigia – a coach will depart at 5.30pm from Parcheggio Molo Sant’Antonio

There are two options for transport to return to both the hotel and to Parcheggio Molo Sant’Antonio. The first coach will depart from Punta Maddalena at 11.00pm with two stops to both locations. Two coaches will depart from Punta Maddalena at 1.00am, one coach going to the hotel and the other back to Parcheggio Molo Sant’Antonio. You can decide on the day which you’d like to take advantage of.

However, if you wish to sort transport yourselves that’s not a problem.

Two coaches will depart from Castello Solacium at 2.00am, one coach going to the hotel and the other back to Parcheggio Molo Sant’Antonio. You can decide on the day which you’d like to take advantage of.

However, if you wish to sort transport yourselves that’s not a problem.

There are plenty of taxis in and around Ortigia so you should always be able to find one.

AIRPORT TRAVEL INFORMATION
Options for travelling from the airport to Syracuse include car hire, public transport (buses) and taxi.
Taxi's in Sicily aren't the cheapest so we have done our best to arrange rates with a local company, see details below. However, during our latest trip we found that by looking online, we got much better rates.

It is recommended to book the taxi at least 1 week before your arrival.
