Welcome to our wedding website, we can’t wait to celebrate our lovely day with you.


We’ve created this website as a convenient and interactive way to share all of the important details with you in the lead up to our wedding. There is also an amazing app you can download to keep up to date, provide directions, upload pictures, and more (link in upper right corner - use private code sarahanddon ).

If you are coming in from out of town on Friday night, we have a destination to settle you in! 

Join us at Goat Ridge Brewing from 6-9:30pm for beer, wine, live music, and connecting with some amazing people! (we're popping the Twins game on too)

We will have one bus picking up at Hampton Inn (5:40pm) and Northern Inn (5:50pm).  The bus will be heading back to those hotels at 9:30pm.

Wedding Ceremony

We are so excited to share this amazing time with you! We chose to exchange vows at the Pavillion in Prairie Woods.  Over 500 acres of natural landscapes to surround Our Lovely Day.

Please find your seat at your assigned table.  The ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm!

Weather is all over the place right now!  We will have a large outdoor tent available with heaters.  Know that there is a lot of dirt and grass....Sarah will be wearing heels, but I would proceed with caution ;)

Transportation Available

Coach transportation between the Hampton Inn, Northern Inn, and the wedding site will run from 1pm to 2:15pm.

Parking is available if you choose to drive yourself.  Just follow the signs from County Road 29!

Taxi service is also available by calling Christine at 320-291-5670 or Willmar Taxi at 320-235-7044.

After the ceremony, meander outside to enjoy
our grazing table, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in the small barn. Listen to the live band while taking in the amazing scenery.  Challenge your new friends in a game of bags.

Have some fun at the photo-booth to help us fill the guestbook and remember the day.

The aroma from fabulous food trucks (BBQ and Paella are on the menu!) should have your attention by now. at 5:30 pm, they are open for service.

Beer and Wine served at the bar constructed by Don's dad.

Toasts, dancing, and a pretty dang good time to follow!

Party

Toasts will begin around 6pm back in the Pavillion with a night of dancing to follow.  

Stop by the cocktail bar to try one of Don's Old Fashioneds or Sarah's Cotton Candy Bubbly.

Dance like nobody is watching!

Twins Game

Don't you worry! Sarah and Don love sports, so of course we'll have the Twins game playing at the venue (just not during the ceremony or toasts ;) ).  #beattheyankees

Last Call

Our venue asks that everyone leave no later than 10:15pm.....but don't worry....we have an amazing after party lined up for you.

Transportation

Last bus will depart at 10pm!  We need to be off the Prairie Woods premises by 10:15pm.

FYI

Lyft, Uber, and Taxi services are extremely limited in the area.  Be aware as you book your accommodations.  We will have coach shuttles running from Hampton Inn and Northern Inn.
