*Please note that there will be another wedding at the resort on Saturday and another wedding on Sunday. Rooms are expected to sell out the closer it gets to the wedding day. If you are not able to secure a room at the resort, you will not be able to attend the wedding as the resort requires all guests to stay on site.*
Your room reservation is refundable and it only takes $1 to reserve and secure your room now. You can make changes (at no additional cost) to your reservation up until October 17, 2024.

You can arrive whenever you'd like to get settled into this beautiful resort, but please remember in order to attend the wedding and receive the best rates, Finest requires guests to book a minimum of 3 nights. Olivia & Wil will be staying at the resort from December 16th until December 23, 2024. There will be multiple wedding events in the days leading up to the wedding as well that we would love for you to attend! We also would strongly advise against flying in the day of the wedding in case of any flight delays or cancellations.
The last day to book with the discounted rate or make any modifications to your reservation is October 17, 2024. Any modifications after October 17th will cancel your current reservation and will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which are much higher now.
**Also, make sure your card on file has not expired as your card on file will be charged ~30 days before your arrival. Your reservation will be canceled if your payment is declined due to your card on file being expired.
Yes! The wedding will be beach semi-formal. The weather in December in Cancun is pleasantly warm, but not extremely hot. Plan accordingly! Keep in mind that many of the restaurants at the hotel require formal wear (i.e. pants for men), so it is necessary to bring a few formal outfits for the stay anyway. Although the resort is all-inclusive, we recommend to bring $1 & $5 USD bills to tip the staff.
*Please note that some restaurants and bars at the resort require "casual elegance" attire, which means no flip flops or shorts. Men, they will not let you into those restaurants for dinner if you are wearing shorts. Our dream is to have an intimate wedding with the people we love and have supported us throughout our lives and relationship. All invitees will be addressed on the invitations. However, you are free to have as many friends or family members book with you and vacation with you!

Children are welcome at the resort, however we are having an adults only ceremony and reception. If you choose to bring your children, please travel and coordinate with a trusted loved one who can take care of your children at the resort while you join us for the ceremony and reception.
We will have other events at the resort before the wedding day that will also be adults only. Please plan accordingly if you wish to participate in those events as well.

Your resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so you are not obligated to tip the staff. However, if you feel your server/bartender/etc. has delivered exceptional service, then absolutely feel free to tip at your discretion!
Yes you can, but be advised that (1) you will not receive any money back if you need to cancel for any reason, (2) you will not be able to modify your reservation at all and (3) you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.
We are asking all of our guests to use our Promo Code BRWDEC24FPM and book the EVENTS RATE + FREE TRANSFER option because it will include free cancellation up until 24 hrs from arrival and free transportation to/from the airport. We would hate for you to lose any money if you have to cancel your stay.
