We can't thank you enough for choosing to celebrate our big day with us in Mexico!
We have chosen to host our wedding at the Finest Resort in Playa Mujeres- Cancun, Mexico- a 5 Star All Inclusive, Private and Gated Resort located just 25 minutes north of the Cancun Airport.
All wedding festivities will be held on the property.
Resort Policy: All wedding guests must stay at the resort.
Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have a room reservation are not allowed on the premises.

DEADLINE TO BOOK YOUR ROOM WITH THE DISCOUNTED RATE OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION IS OCTOBER 17, 2024.
You must use the promo code BRWDEC24FPM when booking to receive the discounted rate and to receive the roundtrip airport transfer.
You will only be charged $1 deposit to book your room. The balance will be charged in full to your card on file 30 days before your arrival to the resort.

-Click CONFIRM BOOKING (your confirmation will be emailed to you within 10 minutes)

Wedding Room Rates
We recommend staying at least 3-4 nights to make the most of your trip and enjoy all that the resort and Cancun have to offer. Below is an example of the rates of the most affordable room available at the resort. (The resort requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.)
There are many room categories available at the resort. The sooner you book, the better room options and availability there will be. See the discounted rates for each room category in the picture above. Please note the rates are *per person, per night*.

Food- All meals, snacks and beverages (and booze too!) There are 12 restaurants, 1 coffee/dessert bar, 15 bars, and room service too! Click HERE to view all dining options included.
Activities - 12 pools, daily/nightly live performances, a fitness center, paddle boarding, kayaking, cooking lessons, and yoga classes are just a glimpse of what is included in your stay. Click HERE to view all activities. Please Note: Spa treatments and motorized water sports (jet skis and boating) are not included. Using our promo code to reserve your room will allow you access to 10% off any spa treatments at the resort.
Wedding Events - You will have access to all wedding events we will host at the resort.
Airport Transportation - You will be picked up from the airport once you arrive and also dropped off at the airport at the end of your trip by the resort's transfer company, Seasons Transfers.

Our wedding is on SATURDAY DECEMBER 21. Please be sure to book your flight to arrive at least a day before and also please check the EVENTS tab for a list of events to plan your trip accordingly.
The airport to fly into is the Cancún International Airport (CUN). Finest Playa Mujeres is approximately 30 minutes north from the Cancun airport. Please be sure to share your flight details with Olivia & Wil HERE once you have booked your flights.
*If you fly in via a red-eye (overnight) flight and arrive before the check-in time, you can use all the amenities (laying out on the beach, pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). We suggest having some swimwear and other vacation necessities easily accessible in your carry-on bag to take advantage of the resort amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.*

Your passport must be valid 6 months after return date. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and to return back into the US. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay. If you do not have a passport, please click HERE for more information on applying for or renewing your US Passport.
