Nice International Airport is the closest airport to our wedding venue, only 30 minutes away. It is serviced by most major airlines and has daily direct flights from numerous cities.

Want to explore Paris before heading to the wedding festivities? It is possible to book a ticket on the high speed train (called TGV in French) from Paris to Nice.

You can book your train tickets up to 3 months before the travel date, so from mid May.

Go spend a day in the principatly! Many things to do, from wandering on the “Rocher” where the princely palace is (you can actually visit it), have a drink at the Café de Paris, you need to get into the spectacular Casino (don’t forget your ID)! For restaurant, you have a huge choice. From the Michelin star Alain Ducasse restaurant (in Hotel de Paris) to the fancy Coya, next to the Jimmy’z club, the options are endless.

Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer offer many options when it comes to beach clubs!

You can rent beds from most of them at full or half-day rates. They all have their own restaurants to enjoy lunch at tables or on your sun loungers. The prices range depending on the beach club starting around EUR40 per bed up to EUR150 per bed.

This gorgeous medieval village offers a breathtaking sea view. Èze is by far the most beautiful old village on the French Riviera, with small cobbled streets and old houses.
While up there, don’t hesitate to visit the Botanic Garden, which offers some incredible 180° views from Monaco to the Esterel mountains.
If you fee like doing a break, the Chèvre d’Or offers the best views for a refreshment.

Our advice: forgo heels and choose comfortable shoes

- Wander in the old town: with its narrow cobbled streets, pastel-toned buildings, and shops selling local soap, Provencal fabrics, cheese... the Vieux-Nice is the old and bustling part of the city. Enjoy the daily provencal and flowers market Cours Saleya (pedestrian road) or walk up to the "Colline du Château" for a wonderful view above the town and they turquoise bay!

- Try on the socca and panisses! These local specialties are made from chickpea flour! You will find good ones on the market Cours Saleya or in the little streets of the Old town.

- Stroll on the Promenade des Anglais:  literally "the British' stroll", this 7km long avenue follows the beach, bordered with palm trees and prestigious hotels such as Negresco. Enjoy a nice walk and stop for a drink in one of its numerous bleach clubs.

On the harbor of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, African Queen is a local institution, offering local and international cuisine.

Le Plongeoir is an institution in Nice. Located on a roc, you’re having dinner above the sea. Their speciality is sea food, service is amazing, we highly recommend it!

Booking in advance is mandatory. You can book online or don't hesitate to call in case they have cancellations. 

While in Nice, don’t hesitate to have dinner in this local institution! La Petite Maison offers typical local cuisine and if you’re lucky, you might be there with a local strolling band. You’re in for a treat!

Their cocktails are divine, the design of the restaurant is immersive and the food will take you places! It's also located next to the Jimmy'z, THE night club of Monaco.
