Important

Please be at the venue by 4:30PM as ceremony will begin at 5PM sharp.

Dress Code

Formal or Black-Tie Optional Wedding Attire

Men: You have the option of wearing a tuxedo or a formal dark suit (e.g. navy blue, black or grey), white shirt, and conservative tie. 



Women: You have the option of a floor length gown, a cocktail dress, or dressy pants suit.



Note: It is a tented outdoor wedding facing the waterfront. Please dress accordingly.

Please refer to attached photo or link for details. We encourage you to plan ahead due to heavy traffic on the Lakeshore.

Parking at the venue is free.

Photos

During the ceremony, we invite you to be fully present. Kindly turn off your phones and cameras. We will happily share the photos taken during the ceremony. Just sit back and relax.

COVID-19 Precautions and Protocols

We ask everyone to respect the following precautions and protocols throughout the wedding:

1. Upon arrival, Palais Royale will provide guests with a hand sanitizing station and each table will be equipped with handheld sanitizers for added safety.

2. When entering Palais Royale's indoor facility, mask is mandatory.

3. Wearing a mask on the Courtyard Patio where the wedding will be held, is optional.

4. Seating is based on social circles, as such, wearing a mask when seated or socializing with your social circle is not mandatory.

5. If you intend on crossing your social circle, we recommend wearing a mask and or be 6 feet apart.

If you do not have a mask, we will be supplying disposable masks.

We will frequently update this section as we receive new information from the government.

Please note, the path around the building always has police and the boat police pass by daily. Should a by-law officer decide to audit our event, these are the rules in place at this time.

Please refer to COVID-19 Precautions and Protocols when socializing. There is plenty of space to lounge, take photos by the waterfront, socialize, and enjoy some hors d'oeuvres.

You read that right!

Now it is your responsibility to arrange transportation and to drink responsibly. Although Ryan can lift twice his size, he can’t lift everyone home. We care about your safety and the safety of others. Please ensure to have a designated driver or other means of transportation to get you home safely.
