All visitors to Puerto Rico must complete the Travel Declaration Form prior to traveling, regardless of vaccination status.
Travel Declaration Form - Must Be Completed Prior to Traveling
For fully vaccinated travelers on domestic flights:
Required to upload their official Vaccination Card, as proof of vaccination through the Travel Declaration Form portal. A copy will not be accepted.
For non-vaccinated travelers over two years old arriving on domestic flights:
Required to provide evidence of either a PCR molecular or antigen COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of arrival. If the traveler arrives without a test, they must upload either a PCR molecular or antigen COVID-19 test taken on the Island, within 48 hours of arrival, or they will receive a $300 fine.

As always, we respect the decisions of our guests and if you do not wish to get tested or vaccinated prior to celebrating, we hope to do so in safer times.
Rafael Hernández International Airport
When flying in, the closest airport to Wedding Headquarters is located in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (Rafael International Airport). This airport is about 40 minutes from the wedding location.
Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport
As another option, you may fly into San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is about two hours from the wedding destination.
Car rentals
Car rentals are highly encouraged & recommended. Puerto Rico is a small island and you'll want experience some of its magic for yourself when not partaking in wedding festivities!
Airport Arrival/Departure Transportation
If you choose not to rent a car during your wedding weekend stay, we have contacted a local taxi company to offer transportation from BQN to Rincon of the Seas. Vans carry up to 10 passengers. Please contact Dario at Dario's Aguadilla Taxi for your reservation. Be sure to mention you are celebrating Nicole & Julian's wedding, and have flight information ready when reserving.

At the time of making your reservation you will only be required to make a one night deposit which is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your stay.
Standard Room (1 king size bed or 2 queen beds)= $146.25 per night + 9% tax = $159.41 per room per night.

Beach Apartment (Ocean view, 1 room complete with kitchen, up to 4 people) = $242.25 per night + 9% tax = $264.05 per room per night

Villa Cofresi
Located right next door for your convenience! If you decide to make this your stay, transportation will not be necessary on the day of the ceremony. Only a short (romantic) walk on the beach from Wedding HQ ;-)
