Reasons for Booking in the Room Block (via Destination Weddings)



* A $50 total per night credit will be applied to all rooms arriving on Sunday (Nov 17) or Monday (Nov 18)  for 3 nights or more OR rooms staying for 5 nights or more arriving any day. Discount not combinable.



* Room Prices Include: ALL meals, beverages, hotel taxes, and shared round-trip airport transfers. Tipping is not mandatory.



* For guest not booked in the room block: There is a $25 per person per cost event that the hotel will charge.

* If staying at the Hard Rock Hotel, please let us know so that we can include you in resort related communications and welcome baskets.



* If staying outside the resort, contact us or our wedding specialist about obtaining wedding passes (one pass needed per day) or day passes. Each have their own limitations and costs. Security at the resort is very strict and outside guests will not be allowed to enter resort premises without a pass.

KIDS CLUB



With their daily schedule, from 8 AM to 9 PM, the Kids Club offers a great variety of fun and thrilling activities for kids between 4 to 12 years old. Located just steps away from the beach, the water slide and the kid's pool. Little rockers also enjoy the Kids Club with a games room, movies and more fun!



TEEN'S LOUNGE



Your teen shows all the classic signs of a mega Rock Star. So we've carved out an exclusive space for a backstage experience even the most extravagant junior icons enjoy. Besides, all the fun teens can have at the beach with snorkel, kayaks and a climbing wall. They can also play volleyball, football on the sand or in the pool.

And because it's all included, your rock-style family vacations will never make you throw the house out the window. Open from 10 AM to 10 PM, located at Wooward's second floor.

There will be Jain Food provided daily at one of the restaurants (assigned closer to the wedding) except on November 20th because lunch and dinner will be prepared for the wedding events by the Indian Chef in charge of the wedding/reception.

If you are traveling with an American/Canadian passport, a Visa is not required for travel to Mexico.

If you are traveling with an Indian passport with multi-entry US Visa, you do not need a separate Visa for Mexico.  (This includes valid multiple entry H-1b Visas but not always extensions).

If you are traveling with an Indian passport and do not have a US Visa, you will need a travel Visa for Mexico.
