Due to the winding roads and limited phone service near the venue, we highly recommend taking the shuttle buses to and from the venue.

Please arrive to your preferred shuttle pick-up location PROMPTLY BY 2:15 PM (planned departure time). Arrive early if you can so that you do not miss the shuttle!

Shuttle Pick-up and Drop-off Locations:

2) SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT - 28220 Jefferson Ave, Temecula, CA 92590

If you miss the shuttle departure - please take an Uber or Taxi from Temecula to Circle Oak Ranch. You will be able to take the shuttle back to Temecula from the venue at the end of the night :)

Shuttles will leave at the end of the reception and should arrive back to pick-up locations by ~10:30PM. There will be "early shuttles" leaving the venue sooner than the reception end-time if you would like to return earlier. 

Parking is available at the venue. Please see the link below for step-by-step directions. We recommend printing the directions to hand on have with you since cell phone service / GPS is limited near the venue.
