Dresscode

What to wear?

Dress code is "Lounge suit". Creative, cool, classic, colourful.

The wedding will be indoors, but the Icelandic weather gives no guarantees when you walk between buildings, so an extra jacket or solid footwear could come in handy.

PRACTICAL INFO

Where to sleep?

The wedding will take place at Hotel Borealis, located a 1-hour drive from Reykjavík (see directions below).

Those who have already informed us where they want to stay on the wedding night (hotel or nearby hostel), don't you worry - the requested room or bed will be ready for you on arrival. You can pay for your accommodation when you check out.

If you are not sure what you requested - please contact Lasse on Facebook as soon as you possibly can.

When to check-in?

If you are staying at the Hotel Borealis on the wedding night, you can check-in from 13:30 on the day.

If you are staying at the Ljósafossskóli Hostel - same address, closer to the mainroad, a 5-minute walk from Hotel Borealis - you can also check-in from 13:30.

What about the morning after?

Sunday morning at 10:00: Everyone staying at Hotel Borealis will eat breakfast together in the restaurant before goodbye hugs. Those staying at Ljósafossskóli Hostel are more than welcome to join (breakfast is around €12).

Check-out at both the hotel and the hostel is at 12.00.
