Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 or 4 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

Closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN)
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

Optional Travel Protection

Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. The Travel Mechanic highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their vacation. Hotels charge high penalties for cancellation ranging from full deposit to no refund at all. Most health insurance policies won’t cover you if you are out of the country. Travel Insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Interruption, Trip Delay, Trip Cancellation, MIssed connection, baggage loss, theft or damage, Emergency Medical expenses among other unforeseen circumstances.

Optional Travel Protection pricing upon request. The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost.*

PLEASE READ!
Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 30 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $125 a day/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of The Travel Mechanic, please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out form, and you will receive an invoice. You must pay the invoice in order to book your room. To reserve your room please click the "Book My Room" Link Below! You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours. You will have one week to apply payment. If no payment is received your room auto-cancels.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give The Travel Mechanic (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than August 15, 2022
