The first time Hillary and Brett met was at Wittenberg University in 2011 when Hillary was a senior and Brett was a freshman. Hillary sat in front of Brett in entrepreneurship, where she always had A's on her tests and Brett...well he passed. Their first encounter outside of the classroom was at a lacrosse party where Brett was strongly rejected, but not completely discouraged.
Fast forward to September 11th, 2017 when Brett visited Denver. He asked Hillary out for a beer, and she finally said yes. After a fun night out, Brett got a second date, this time brunch and poorly preformed magic tricks by Hillary on her rooftop deck. Unfortunately, Brett's visit to Denver eventually came to an end...but luckily they decided to start a long distance relationship.
After spending 11 months in airplanes traveling to see each other, Hillary and Brett decided to take the next step in their relationship when Brett moved to Denver. Since then, they have enjoyed traveling, skiing and living life together.
