Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Cancun, Mexico! We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange their travel. We've chosen to stay at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and would love for you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Have ONE person from your party complete the reservation request form using the link below.

2. Airport transportation is being provided and is included in the pricing. These transfers have been secured so we can ensure all our guests will have safe and reliable transportation to/from the airport and resort.

3. To guarantee availability and pricing, please submit your deposit with our travel agent as soon as possible!

4. The group room rates are valid for travel between June 24 - July 1, 2025.

*A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150.00 per person is due no later than Wednesday, December 4, 2024. All final payments are due by Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya

Located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is nothing short of a crowd pleaser. Enjoy world-class shopping, the Little Big Club and teen activities for families, as well as the Heaven section of the resort an adults-only paradise with stunning pools, spa and access to signature golf courses.

Heaven is the adult side of Hard Rock Riviera Maya with its own lobby, pools, and some restaurants. However majority of restaurants are on the main complex which you have full access to. Others staying at main Hard Rock do not have access to the Heaven side.

The Andromeda disco opens in the early hours of the evening just for teens; the kids' club keeps smaller children entertained and several tennis courts provide another alternative for those who love the game.

All guestrooms boast remarkable views, 24-hour room service, nightly turndown service, flat screen LCD satellite television, double jacuzzi tub, premium bath amenities, bathrobes, slippers, sodas, bottled water and domestic beers. Adults 18+ can enjoy the exclusive adults-only Concierge Level accommodations which include an array of luxury amenities and extra services.

We are holding a certain number of rooms valid for travel between June 24, 2025 - July 1, 2025. A 3-night minimum stay is required. Go to the "Accommodations" section and click on the “Book My Room” link. The link is also located at the bottom of this section for your convenience.

Tropical Sun Vacations offers group pricing and personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact our travel agent, Tricia, directly. You will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.

Most importantly, her strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the wedding party who are booked through Tropical Sun Vacations will not be placed at another resort due to overbooking.

Please review the following room categories and choose the one you prefer. When you complete the reservation form, be sure to accurately select your travel dates and the room category of your choice. Please note that we have reserved a certain number of rooms and room categories for our guests within the designated wedding block. Once a particular room category becomes fully booked, it's unlikely that we will be able to add more. Therefore, we strongly advise you to submit your deposit as soon as possible to secure your desired room type.

IMPORTANT
Roommates should designate ONE person to fill out the form (one form per room, not per person). Please include the second person's email address so both guests will receive a copy of the invoice along with future emails from Tropical Sun Vacations.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy per room is 4 people, with a maximum of 3 adults. Triple and quadruple occupancy is limited to the number of room categories with two beds available.

The pricing below is listed per adult and a 3-night minimum stay is required. To avoid a single occupancy premium, we suggest you bring a guest. WHAT DOES THE RATE INCLUDE?
The rates include all-inclusive accommodations, roundtrip airport transportation, and taxes/fees. Rate does NOT include airfare or travel insurance.

*If guests book outside of Tropical Sun Vacations through any other source including the hotel direct, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya charges a fee of $25.00 per person, per wedding event for those who do not book within Morgan and Andy's designated room block.*

You will fly into Cancun, Mexico at Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Guests are required to purchase their own airfare. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book your flight via your favorite airline and we suggest using miles or credit card points if you have them.

IMPORTANT! Flight information is due to Tricia, our travel agent, no later than Wednesday, May 7, 2025. If flight information is not provided by the deadline, you will incur a late fee.

After you book your flights, please forward your airfare confirmation email to Tricia at tricia@tropicalsunvacations.com. She needs this information to pass along to the transportation company to arrange your arrival and departure transfers in addition to keeping us notified of your travel dates for planning our wedding events. 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect you from the unexpected. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations/missed connections, baggage delays/cancellations, etc.

The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip).

Requesting a travel insurance quote does not commit you to purchasing it. Upon submitting the reservation form, you will automatically receive a quote based on the details of your trip. The decision to buy the insurance is entirely up to you.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, please know that your reservation is 100% non-refundable should you need to cancel. Once again, even though travel insurance is optional, it is HIGHLY recommended!!

Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Group rates outside of the reserved rooms are not guaranteed, therefore, the sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The pricing is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate. If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to access the property without incurring additional fees for daily passes. We would like to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation, please ensure to fill out the reservation form linked below. You will then be sent an invoice within 3 business days. Once your payment has been submitted, our travel agent will process the payment and email you a confirmation and receipt within 48 hours.
