Welcome Cocktails & Torch Lighting
This is the first event of the wedding weekend. This gathering is to welcome everyone to the island and get introduced prior to the wedding.
Join us for light cocktails, hula dancing, live music and the traditional cliff dive and torch lighting ceremony on Pu'u Keka'a, Black Rock Beach.
Attendance: Optional
Dress Code: Beach Casual
Ceremony Rehearsal Information
The ceremony rehearsal is situated on a secluded grassy knoll bluff on top of Ka'anapali Point overlooking the ocean. The grass may be a little soft, so you might want to rethink stilettos. Wedges, formal sandals or flats are a great alternative.
Please note, this event is only for the wedding party (bridesmaids, groomsmen, bride and groom parents). Significant others of the wedding party and all other wedding guests have been accounted for and are welcome to join everyone for the rehearsal dinner following directly after the ceremony rehearsal.
Dress Code: Beach Formal (this event will be followed by the rehearsal dinner)
Rehearsal Dinner Information
This event will take place at the Sheraton Maui Resort at the Hoku Rotunda with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the ocean front view as we dine and laugh the night away.
Dress Code: Beach Formal (For those who choose to wear stilettos, the event has tile floors so no need to worry about sinking into the grass.)
Ceremony Information
The ceremony is situated on a secluded grassy knoll bluff on top of Ka'anapali Point overlooking the ocean. The grass may be a little soft, so you might want to rethink stilettos. Wedges, formal sandals, or flats are a great alternative.
Dress Code: Beach Formal (Since the ceremony will take place at 2:30pm, we recommend you bring a sun hat and or sunglasses since everyone will be seated in direct sunlight.)
Reception Information
Since our wedding will be an intimate group of close family and friends we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than with a traditional Hawaiian luau for our reception.
The authentic Hawaiian gourmet dinner course and open bar is followed by a traditional and exciting performance of hula dancing, fire show, drums, and much more!
Dress Code: Beach Casual (Please keep in mind that even though the nights in Maui are warm, this event is oceanfront so a breeze may cool the air throughout the night, feel free to bring a light shawl or jacket if you get cold easily.
