This bit of waffle, is the story of a wonderful couple, who have invited you to be apart of their #WestRussellShuffle.
Once upon a time, on the first day of university, two oddballs collided when they were paired off according to what their orientation leaders had decided.
As they linked arms, they unknowingly formed a bond, that would bring them such fun it could never be undone.
They became fast friends and for nearly a year they played pretend,
but no sooner could they deny, the warm feeling in their hearts when they met each other's eyes.
And so their adventure began, still hand in hand, they travelled the seas and the cold, with friends new and old.
All the while they studied and smiled, with every new achievement and moment shared equally, with their essential component.
They endured many trials, while they worked together to grow to adult, from child.
With degrees and careers, the many moments became years.
As time moved on, their family grew strong.
They started with one fat and adoring princess of a cat, but that dear friends was not the end of that...
Their precious princess' home was made to extend.
And so her parent's respective companions now included "mans best friends".
First came Mom's angel-girl, with her gentle soul she is a beautiful pearl.
Then along came Bison with the strength of Mike Tyson, he compliments the calm with his handsome and forgiving charm.
While loyal to their parents they are, the true shining star, is their bond with each other, like sister and brother.
It was not long after, that the fur-family watched after their Father, while he made their hearts sing by giving their Mom a shiny new ring!
And of course, she said yes! But they wouldn't have stressed, as with this family together, they will be blessed forever...
