Please arrive and try to be seated no later than 6:30PM.  

There will be transportation for hotel guests to and from the East-Miami Hotel to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.  The buses will be leaving East-Miami promptly at 6pm, so please be in the lobby no later than 5:45pm.  Buses will be departing Vizcaya Museum and Gardens at 12:45am to return to East-Miami at the end of the celebration.

All guests staying at East-Miami are included in our count for the buses but we need a head count. If you are staying close by, and would like to hop on the buses, please let us know ahead of time. Please answer the bus questions for each guest in the RSVP.

Valet parking at Vizcaya is complimentary for guests driving their own car.


Please note, whether arriving by the bus or your own car, there will be a walk to the main house. Assistance is available for those in need.



All evening activities are outside and Vizcaya is right on Biscayne Bay, so the evening could be cool and breezy.

Ladies, please be aware of your footwear as there are steps, dirt, and grass throughout the venue.

Immediately after we say "I do!" we invite you for cocktails, dinner, and dancing under the stars.
