There will be signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Plexiglass barrier installed at the front desk and Mobile check-in and check- out services are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
The hotel has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand santizer stations.
Great question, to promote the health and safety of all guests, face coverings are required for guests in all indoor public areas. Ex. Hotel Lobby, Bathrooms, etc.
Great question! May 30th, 2021 does land on a Sunday! It is also Memorial Day Weekend. While we know many are usually off on the Monday following, please keep this in mind & make accommodations to what will work best for you & your party.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport is the closest airport to our venue. It is 8.2 miles in distance and a commute time of 15 minutes. The hotels for our guest do not provide airport shuttle service.
On-site Parking Fee: $23.50

Overnight rates: $25 per car per night for self and valet

If you are not staying near the venue, we do recommend that you use Uber or Lyft. *No drinking and driving*
We would love for everyone to attend, however the ceremony and reception is invite only.
We ask that all guests arrive early and give yourself adequate time to get seated before the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed into the ceremony.
To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time, we politely request no children.
