Kenny showed his talent with a hot glue gun by helping Melody put this outfit together for a work Christmas party. This was the first “Plus one” event we attended together as a couple.

January 16, 2019 at 1:16 am Kenny officially asked me to be his girlfriend. We shared our news with our friends—the bartenders and owners. To which the one of the owners asked, “You did that HERE?”

Our first fancy date. Kenny made reservations for an early dinner at Chama Gaucha. Plans had to be pushed back after Melody decided to spend 5 hours transitioning from faux locs to a blow out. After dinner, we met up with our poker friends at Gino’s Pizza

Our first trip together as a couple a month into our relationship. We cooked, shopped, hiked and spent a weekend chillin out with a few close friends.

Halloween is my favorite holiday--I love dressing up! Kenny hadn't worn a costume in years, but we decided to go all in last year. We put a lot of time and effort into our costumes and it definitely paid off. We won 3 costume contests--Kenny and I each won best costume in our individual office contests, and together we won best couple's costume at Tin Roof--beating out Fred and Wilma!

Enjoyed a ball game at Suntrust park with a great group of friends.

Realizing that we are the couple that wants Christmas cards in matching outfits.

Kenny’s surprise Christmas gift to Melody was a trip to Las Vegas to see the Beatles Love show.

Our first international trip for Ivi and James’ wedding. We spent most of our time relaxing at the pool and on the beach. Our last day we enjoyed the various saunas and pools at the resort’s spa.

Our first soccer game. Kenny went to the team store and purchased the official jersey, while Melody waited to buy a jersey from a street vendor the day of the game. After the first half, we joined Kenny’s work friends in a suite on the upper level.

Random Sunday night at Tin Roof listening to our favorite cover band.

We made it all the way to the top!

Our first solo trip as a couple. We stayed at a lovely bed & breakfast ( a first for both of us) in the honeymoon suite. That weekend we went apple and pumpkin picking, rode a train, and took old timey photos on the Georgia Tennessee line

We got all decked out and hung out at our favorite bar, Tin Roof Cantina, with our favorite people, listing to our favorite cover band, Risky Biscuit

My first time seeing Wicked. The show was amazing!

Dinner with our bestest friends at Chama Gaucha. Dessert was milk and cookies delivery via TIFF’s treats for Kenny’s 8th day of Christmas present for “eight maids a milking”

My gift to Kenny for Valentine’s Day was a cooking class at Cook’s warehouse. We learned all about sushi from a master chef and made our own rolls!

We celebrated our first anniversary with a sushi lunch, couples massage and dinner at Medieval Times!!

I have no idea what we were up to, but we’re so cute!

Recreated our fancy date picture one year later on my birthday.
